River Flow Yoga Teacher Training School is located within 5 Koshas Yoga & Wellness at 2220 Sherman Street, Wausau, WI.

Wausau, Wisconsin is a beautiful old river city with all the modern conveniences you need if you are traveling from out of town for the weekend. River Flow Yoga is conveniently located just off I-39, allowing convenient access from a variety of commuter locations.  The facility is handicapped accessible. The studio is located near Marathon Park which has excellent walking trails for noontime strolls.  There are a variety of restaurants and lodging facilities nearby.

The studio has yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets for practices. Chairs and bolsters are available for lectures.  We recommend bringing your own yoga mat. Coffee, tea and filtered water will be provided.  There will be access to a refrigerator and microwave. Indoor and outdoor spaces are available for meals.
