Private Yoga Therapy Instruction with Mary: $60/hour or 4 sessions for $200 - at Mary's office
Working privately with a Yoga Therapist is a great way to address specific needs and goals. A private session usually involves an intake process to learn more about you and your goals. A practice is designed and taught. An initial private session is usually 1-1/2 hours. Follow-up sessions are often 1 hours.
