What's up with the name river flow yoga?
Rivers are a deep source of inspiration.   A river also symbolizes the flow of breath and prana as well as the journey of life.  The tools of yoga - asana, pranayama, chanting, self-study, and meditation - serve the practitioner as they move along the river of life.
